Core Responsibilities :

Translate marketing and retail environment strategies into customers programs.
Capture market intelligence and identify shopper insights to develop effective shopper engagement programs
Roll out shopper engagement programs including promotion plan, merchandising program, display drives, sampling, new product distribution planning etc

Day-to-Day Responsibility

Regular visit trade to capture information on trade activities, collecting findings and insights, using them to improve and enhance Colgate's programs
Keep database of driven activities and promotions, drawing insights and applying them to Colgate's programs
Coordinate with CDM for shopper program opportunities and requirements
Coordinate with marketing on merchandising materials design and development
Work with suppliers/local agency for the adaptation, procurement and timely and complete delivery of all merchandising materials
Evaluate efficiency of Colgate's shopper programs implementation
Plan and Coordinate execution of promotion and display plans with Customer Development Manager (CDM) and Distributor Trade Marketing Manager
Work with detailing agency for the effective process of detailing plan, supervising and analysing the results and taking steps to improve performance
Identify and implement opportunities for product sampling
Coordinate new product launches planning Leadership / Supervision
Set expectations and provide mentorship to distributor representatives to ensure clear understanding of Colgate's standards

Requirements:

Bachelors' degree, preferably in business
Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account management, Trade Marketing, Category Management, etc.
Experience in digital/e-platform is a plus
Strong analytical skills

Expected Travel Percentage: As required from time to time
