Position Purpose:

Coordinate the assembly, generation of shipments and billing of orders of local and export replenishment that generates planning, as well as XDOCK, both from the CDR and the fiscal warehouse.

Let's talk about responsibilities:

Efficient routes for the local dispatch of XDOCK orders to HN and SV, as well as their billing on time, maximizing transport utilization.
Process in time in SAP system, shipments and invoicing of all export shipments within and outside of Central America, ensuring that the conditions for shipment are met without setbacks.
Make the corrections in shipments and invoices that are required, to comply with current international trade regulations.
Carry out and coordinate the assembly, billing and shipment of packaging materials for the assembly of offers and reconditioning, ensuring a continuous supply for product availability in time finished in all the countries of Central America.
Carry out the weekly and monthly process of releasing billing to accounting, according to the request of finance (CASA Inc.)
Carry out activities to close the findings of the FP&R, Quality and EOHS programs, related to transportation, to strengthen the daily operation and maintain a work environment suitable with internal and external customers.
Support FTG's continuous improvement initiatives and opportunities to Central America as well as supporting Reimagine's strategy.
Responsible for keeping SAP logistics conditions updated for current and new routes. Ensuring monthly:
- Support cost variations review,
- Order approval process purchase and NON PO
- Review in time of the invoicing of the suppliers and give explanations to accounts payable of the variations originated in the exports.
- Release of std costs. freight, security and other export
Perform any other function related to the position.

What you need for this position:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related.
1-2 years of experience in production and / or logistics operations
English intermediate - advanced.
Knowledge of MS Office / Google Suite

Desirable:

1-2 years of experience in logistics exports.
SAP and WMS (warehouse management system) management
