・学歴は高卒以上。
・グループで仕事を処理出来るチームワーク適性。
・安全運航を優先する為、確認の為の注意力と積極的なコミュニケーション力。
・PCの基礎技術(エクセル、ワードが難なく出来る。ブラインドタッチが使える。)
・読み書きを、仕事で使えるレベルの英語力。
・航空貨物業界勤務の経験者や、IATA DG DIPLOMA 資格があれば尚可
