Junior Accountant

* Role Description
To assist Senior Accountant/Finance Controller perform accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards.
* POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Account Receivables:
- To be responsible for the mailing of account statements and follow-up letters to customer on a timely basis.
- Monitor and clear collections with customers' balances. Provide aging reports weekly to support dunning letters and sale team
- Maintain details of credit given to customers
• Account Payables:
- Verifying invoices against purchase orders, contracts and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors (travel/expense claim, trade, non trade...)
- Input the data of accounting transactions into accounting software
- Prepare payment vouchers; submit to authorized approval weekly
• Bank:
- Update bank transaction (In - every two days & Out - one time/week)
- Perform calls to confirm bank information with new supplier and create payment template
Other tasks required by senior accountant/finance controller
