OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Fresher/Junior Accountant to join our team. A Fresher/Junior Accountant plays a key role in supporting the accounting team with day-to-day financial operations. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to develop essential accounting skills while gaining practical experience in a professional environment. The role involves assisting in recording financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transaction Recording: Record and update daily financial transactions such as sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in managing invoices, payments, and collections.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Data Entry: Input financial data into accounting software with precision.
Document Management: Organize and maintain financial documents, including receipts, invoices, and reports.
Compliance Support: Assist in preparing documents for audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.
Reporting: Generate basic financial reports and provide updates to senior accountants.
Admin Support: Support in admin tasks as needed.
