We are seeking a young, dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Admin Cum HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage all administrative tasks of the company and support procurement activities for corporate communication events. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
1. Administrative Management (50%):
Manage administrative operations, procure office supplies and equipment and office cleanliness
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for staff.
Support the HR Strategy team with administrative tasks as needed.
2. Recruitment Assistant (40%)
Proactively source highly qualified candidates for both IT and non-IT positions through various channels.
Communicate, advise, and report on sourcing and recruiting strategies, market trends to the hiring manager and related stakeholders
Represent the company by sharing its employer brand to build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates
3. Additional Tasks as Required (10%):
Undertake other specified tasks and projects as assigned by HR Strategy & Admin Lead.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Experience managing full life cycle HR Administration within 1 country (preferd 1+ years of recruitment experience
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of procurement processes is a plus.
