Role Overview

We are looking for Backend Developers (Junior to Middle levels) to build and scale the infrastructure powering our Company Dashboard platform and AI camera intelligence platform.

You will collaborate closely with AI engineers, product designers, and mobile developers to deliver real-time, personalized AI features.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend services for AI-powered camera and dashboard applications
• Build scalable RESTful APIs for mobile and webapps
• Optimize real-time inference pipelines
• Design and maintain databases (user behavior, personalization data, media metadata)
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements

Core Requirements (All Levels)

• Proficient in Python
• Experience building RESTful APIs (Azure Functions or Lambda Functions)
• Solid understanding of databases and storage (Azure Cosmos DB/ Blob Storage or DynamoDB/ S3)
• Familiar with Git and collaborative workflows
• Strong problem-solving mindset

Junior Level (0.5-2 years)

• Basic understanding of backend architecture
• Experience building and maintaining APIs
• Willingness to learn system design and AI integration
• Strong learning attitude and ownership mindset

Middle Level (2-4 years)

• Solid understanding of backend architecture and system design
• Proficient in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable APIs
• Hands-on experience with AI integration and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
• Able to work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end
• Capable of mentoring juniors and contributing to technical decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience building SDKs or public APIs
• Interest in AI, photography, or creator tools
• Experience working with real-time systems
