* We are looking for a HubSpot Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and optimize custom solutions on the HubSpot platform. This role will involve working across frontend/backend development, CRM customization, and integrations, while supporting marketing activities.
* You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to turn business requirements into scalable, high-performance HubSpot solutions.
* Responsibilities
- HubSpot Development & Customization
+ Develop and maintain custom HubSpot modules, themes, and templates using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
+ Customize HubSpot CRM objects, properties, pipelines, and workflows
+ Build and optimize landing pages, forms, emails, and CTAs with performance and UX best practices
+ SEO & Page speed optimization
- Full-Stack & Integration Development
+ Build & maintain current backend services and APIs using [protected info] / Python / PHP (depending on stack)
+ Integrate HubSpot with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, Littlehelp Connect, Auth0, ...)
+ Work with HubSpot APIs, Webhooks, and Private Apps
+ Ensure secure data synchronization and system reliability
- Data, Tracking & Optimization
+ Implement and maintain custom event tracking, attribution, and reporting
+ Support analytics and dashboards for marketing and sales performance
+ Troubleshoot data consistency, tracking issues, and automation errors
- Collaboration & Best Practices
+ Work closely with the Marketing & Product team
+ Translate business needs into technical solutions
+ Document solutions, workflows, and integrations clearly
+ Stay updated on HubSpot product updates and best practices

* Technical Skills
- 2-3 years of experience working with HubSpot CMS & CRM
- Strong experience with:
+ HubL
+ HTML, CSS, JavaScript
+ REST APIs & Webhooks
+ Backend experience with [protected info], Python, or PHP
+ Experience building custom integrations with external systems
+ Familiarity with Git/GitHub/Version control
- HubSpot-Specific Experience
+ Custom objects & properties
+ Workflows & automation
+ HubSpot CMS themes & modules
+ HubSpot APIs & Private Apps
+ Experience with authentication (OAuth), data security, and permissions
* Nice to Have (Preferred)
+ Experience with RevOps / Marketing Automation
+ Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and CRO
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Vercel, etc.)
+ HubSpot certifications (CMS Developer, Marketing Hub, CRM)
Soft Skills
+ Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
+ Clear communication (Vietnamese & English) with non-technical stakeholders
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
