Developer Evaluation Criteria (Priority - base)
Technical Environment
- Backend: Python (core), Flask, FastAPI
- Frontend: (Nice to have)
Must - have (Highest priority)
- Strong Python (mandatory)
- Good English Communication
Preferred/ Plus
- Experience with Flask, FastAPI
- FE knowledge
- Aviation domain experience (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
Relevant Work Experience:
- At least 3+ years experience in Python
- At least 4 year experience in software development
- Advanced skills and experience with version control
- Ability to communicate effectively
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields Experience working with automation systems or robotics-related technologies (e.g., motion planning, control, computer vision, AI)
- Experience with Python (a must)
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks/tools such as Selenium/ Cucumber/ Appium/ Cypress/ Playwright, etc, Robot Framework (preferred).
- Experience working in agile development teams using BDD/TDD approaches and supporting early-stage shift-left testing
- Strong troubleshooting and consultation skills
- Team player with a growth mindset, eager to learn and improve
- English proficiency required for communication
