Mô tả công việc

· Execute and developing business plans & strategies to attract new customers and maximize sales strategy of company.
· Tracking sales budget and related sales profit daily activities to meet the overall goals of company
· Promote customer engagement by proposing management of sales or promotion activities
· Ensure that telesales team and its business activities comply with policies & regulations
· Ensuring the effective development and implementation of special projects of company
· Lead and train team member to achieve the best performance and development; Building culture and team spirit
· Control sales scripts and customer answer sheets updated with new SOP and products

Yêu cầu

Bachelor Graduate, major as Business Administration; Economics or relating area
At least 04 years' experiences working in telesales, experience with leading team members
Interpersonal, customer focused & goal driven
Strong verbal and written (Vietnamese & English) communication and organizational skills and sensitivity to cultural issues is required
Good communication skill, critical thinking skill
