1. Helping Customers
Answer customer questions about shipments, delivery times, and costs.
Help customers track their orders and give them updates.
Listen to customer complaints and find solutions.
2. Supporting Shipments
Work with the delivery team to make sure shipments arrive on time.
Fix problems like lost packages, wrong deliveries, or damaged goods.
Update shipment information and inform customers about any changes.
3. Keeping Records and Making Reports
Save customer information, order details, and delivery updates.
Make reports about delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Suggest ways to improve the service.
4. Working with Other Teams
Cooperate with the warehouse team to check stock.
Help the finance team with payments, invoices, and refunds.
Work with the IT team to improve tracking systems.
5. Taking Care of Customers
Support customers after delivery and answer follow-up questions.
Build good relationships with customers and offer them promotions.
Yêu cầu
Good communication skills and patience.
Basic computer and order management skills.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in logistics is a plus.
