KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive and process orders from the Business Development team, ensuring accurate entry and successful fulfillment.
Act as the main contact for customers, collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored project solutions.
Manage order delivery timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products, competitors, and market trends.
Identify and propose improvements to processes and tools.
Prepare regular performance reports to track business outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of related experience in sales/key account management
Intermediate in English
Function well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment where constant change is the norm and the bar for quality is set high
Detail-orientation with superb organizational skills and strong follow-through
Great ability to prioritize and manage schedules
Treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works ethically and with integrity; upholds organizational values
