Reporting to the Group
Brand Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Boost sales by analyzing the business and taking action to maximize potential.
· Work with clients to plan demand forecasts and ensure smooth goods delivery.
· Collaborate with clients, platforms, and internal teams to create and execute a monthly business plan and ensure perfect execution.
· Ensure that the promotion framework and visualization are implemented accurately.
· Collaborate with internal teams to manage end-to-end order fulfillment and delivery processes.
· Manage operation excellence to ensure perfect store online target.
· Responsible for receivables and revenue consolidations for reconciliation.
· Develop and implement performance reports.
· Deploy company side projects with team.
· Other tasks assigned by line manager.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
· Bacher's degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
· 1+ years working experience in sales,
business development, or account management, preferably in industries like Omni, eCommerce, FMCG/ Health & Beauty.
· Experience in Beauty Tech, FMCG, and Health & Beauty chains is a plus.
· Strong skills in customer management & development; customer relationship building; negotiation; sale and effective communication, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
· Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability with entrepreneur mindset, strong ownership & leadership
· Highly self-motivated, proactive, and action oriented.
· Data driven & proficient in data analysis, with a focus on achieving results.
· Skilled in multi-tasking, performing well under tight timelines, adapting quickly to change.
