1. Channel Management & Development:
Develop merchandise plans and implement sales activities monthly/quarterly/annually for the assigned retail chains.
Maximize business performance at store level through display programs, promotions, and product training for
sales staff.
Maintain and expand relationships with key decision-makers at partner systems.
2. Channel Strategy Planning & Analysis:
Analyze sell-in/sell-out data, stock levels, display, and market share of each retail chain to propose appropriate action plans.
Update market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to adjust strategy accordingly.
3. Contract & Trade Term Management:
Monitor and sign commercial contracts, pricing policies, support schemes, and marketing budgets with retail chains.
Control budgets for discounts, rebates, and display according to the approved plan.
Track payment progress, handle complaints and unexpected issues.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Warehouse, and Warranty teams to ensure effective implementation of business plans.
Provide periodic business reports and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions.
Monitor KPIs, stock, revenue, and display execution. Analyze and propose recommendations to optimize business operations.
*Attractive salary + Commission: Up to 20 salary month/year
