Report directly to the Team Leader and support day-to-day client engagement activities, ensuring timely and professional communication with clients primarily in English.
Assist in managing client inquiries received via email, phone calls, and messaging platforms by identifying issues, coordinating with relevant internal teams, and ensuring prompt follow-up.
Collaborate closely with the Legal, Payroll, Accounting, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth execution of client requests and service delivery.
Liaise with banks regarding corporate bank account opening, capital contribution procedures, loan applications, and other banking-related matters.
Guide clients through banking processes by explaining required documentation, following up on application progress, and assisting with banking-related operational issues.
Prepare, organize, and maintain client reports, meeting minutes, banking documents, legal documentation, and other project-related records accurately and efficiently.
Draft professional emails and client correspondence following internal guidelines and instructions from the Team Leader.
Coordinate the delivery and collection of documents with clients, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
Prepare and hand over legal and operational documents related to clients' companies.
Attend client meetings and accompany clients to banks or other external organizations when necessary.
Submit daily and weekly progress reports to the Team Leader and perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Exceptional spoken and written English, with particular focus on understanding and communicating effectively across various foreign accents.
Good working knowledge and execution of Microsoft Office.
Recent graduate/postgraduate or in the process of completing a degree (including postgraduate) in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
Effective oral and written communication skills, able to work with both cross-departmental teams and clients.
Proactive, energetic team-player who thrives under pressure and who is accustomed to being thrown-in at the deep end of a fast-paced working environment.
