Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2022) with an exciting new product launching in the fourth quarter of 2023. Established in 2015, Got It is the original, largest, and most trusted digital voucher, loyalty, and gifting solutions platform in Vietnam. While Got It distributes well over one million vouchers monthly on behalf of its thousands of clients, Scan It brings OCR and EKYC technology to the forefront of branding and marketing, enabling clients to promote and grow their customer base, manage their loyalty platforms, and drive sales.
Our next focus is a business which we joined hands with Buzzebees, SEA's leading customer engagement / loyalty SaaS and ecommerce enabler. This joint venture (JV) will bring exciting new products which marry perfectly with our existing businesses, and create a unique value proposition and competitive advantage for our business in Vietnam.

II. What you need to do
As the E-commerce Key Account Manager at Buzz It, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our e-commerce partners. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, optimizing product listings, and ensuring our partners' success on ecommerce platforms. This position requires a deep understanding of e-commerce, strong communication skills, developing and executing strategic initiatives, collaborating crossfunctionally and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with e-commerce partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share with key accounts, including forecasting, promotional planning, and product assortment optimization.
  • Product Listing Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product listings are accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engine visibility.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Work closely with the fulfillment partners and operations teams to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.
  • Customer Experience: Continuously monitor and improve the customer experience on partner platforms, including resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key account performance, sales strategies, and recommendations to senior management.
III. What you should have
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years working experience in e-commerce, key account management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on results and achieving targets.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplace dynamics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce software/tools.
