Mô tả công việc
Responsible for management of strategic account(s) as assigned by the Head of Sales.
Ensure Key Accounts Customers are satisfied with the service/performance level of operations in each country, and work closely with each Country's Operation to deliver agreed service levels.
Responsible for customer relations and quality management programmer, including programmer to achieve excellence in customer service.
Build strong working relationship with the Key Account customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsible for market intelligence and business development activities to achieve growth in designated accounts through expansion of services and geography.
Responsible for setting of performance measurement / matrix to measure the well-being of the designated account in terms of operations, bottom line and growth.
Responsible to work closely with designated Key Accounts Operation teams to enhance processes to reduce costs to enable company to be more competitive and continuous improvement.
Prepare commercial and pricing analysis.
Responsible for the maintenance, updating commercial contractual agreements.
Be the champion in the renewal of Key Account contracts.
Responsible for monthly reporting to management.
Responsible for supporting strategic projects as assigned by management.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu cầu
Degree in Business / Marketing / Logistics or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity in a Contract Logistics environment;
Must be able to speak Korean as the role requires to manage accounts for Korean market
Regional exposure especially North Asia will be added advantage;
Proven track record in sales and marketing, as well as customer retention
Highly analytical. Proficient in business presentation
Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum 8 years of experience in similar capacity in a Contract Logistics environment;
