I. JOB PURPOSE:
- Area: Ho Chi Minh / mekong / SE
- Manage assigned key account to achieve sales target, service level, day sales outstanding (DSO), market share and distribution coverage by account in order to meet the overall company objectives.
- Deal and update contract and trading term agreements (TTA) favorable for company
- Align strategy of Pocari Sweat with the Customers. This should be done through Joint Business Plan and Score Card with the Customers.
- Manage the key account's sales team to achieve the company plans and objectives (sales target, service level, day sales outstanding (DSO), market share and distribution coverage by account and profitability in each account) and applicable sales forecasts to the account.
- Provide leadership and manage motivate and control key account sales force to ensure they have the qualities, abilities, skills desired and determination to performance their job functions with a level of productivity that ensures the customers' satisfaction and company plan / expectation.
- Implement and monitor the store activities/ execution excellence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with Distributor to reinforce sales management systems, review achievement versus objectives and develop sales and
trade marketing programs to increase market share, distribution level and productivity.
II. MAIN DUTIES:
- Deliver monthly sales target.
- Develop & Design the objectives setting, sales forecast / target for all key accounts with Head of MT sales.
- Market Visit with Key Account Supervisors (In-Store Merchandising, Reinforce Product Consultant, Price Survey, Take Order, Build Relationship with Store Manager, Competitor Movement).
- Review and Update Business Performance, Relationship Building, Cooperative Store Problem Solving, New Product and Product Detail Alteration, Promotion Proposition, Clear Trade Expense, and Search Competitors Information.
- Assist and monitor weekly/monthly sales performance of sales team/ key accounts against targets. Communicate results to key account customers.
- Promotion Plan, Weekly Report, Trade Spending Document, MT Weekly Meeting, Prepare Customer, Propose Order.
- Control budget trade expense to make sure maximize efficiency
- Sales Forecast by Account, (Vendor Managed Inventory and Out Of Stock Monthly Project Report by Account), Update Promotion Spending.
- Account Quarterly Business Review.

III. REQUIREMENT
- Education Background
College/Bachelor degree
- Skills Needed
Negotiation; Flexibility; Management & Leadership
• 5 years' experience in international FMCG environment at management level is a must, especially in beverage industry is a plus
• Fluent in spoken & written Vietnamese & English
• Strong negotiation especially trading terms
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Strong relationship with MT customers in North
• Strong and deep knowledge of category management and new product management
• Knowledge of MT channel and understanding process of Win with buyer, DC and operation at stores is must to have
• Leadership skills and sales team management skills
