Account Management (NK/CP)
• Turnover management ( Sell-in)
• Grow sales in assigned accounts
• Maintain account spending funds within targets
• Ensure overall profitability of customers is in line with company objectives
• Sell-out monitoring to make sure in contribution for IHS growth
• Manage display share at assigned account
Sales opportunity development:
• Developing Joint Business Plan activity with customer in order to increase sales
• Find opportunity with analysis of competitor and market
• Find opportunity with new services or new products development
• Increase portion of Company product in customer's portfolio
• Planning and execution in collaboration with Product Manager and Marketing team
• Follow-up the result by visiting the market and get back to the team the situation
Bad Stock Management:
• Management of sell-out report by gathering market information from
Trade Marketing (PG team)/customers and follow up with PG for avoiding OOS
• Ability to do the forecast based on PSI information
• Responsible for managing healthy level of stocks/inventory at customer W/H
Order & Delivery Management/ warranty:
• Keep contact with Supply chain & logistics team for coordinator to get necessary information in time
• Responsible for delivery timely
• Work with Service team to support warranty process for Retailer
Customer Relationship Management:
• Keep contact with customer and leveraging the relationship
• Fast feedback to the customer's concern
• Responsible for customer's evaluation.
• Min 3 years of experience in Sales experience in Key account management, prefer in Home Appliance or Electrical Appliances category
• Familiar with handling retailers, distributors and dealers
• Data-driven, analytical and good negotiation skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the market scenario, customers and competitors
• Entrepreneurial drive for growth
• Excellent people management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
