Mô tả công việc
Define annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing commercial strategies for
the assigned business
· Generate new business in relation to the assigned business, develop and implement
business plans to increase market share
· Collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer EMEA to define sales targets and
cascade them to the country sales force (direct and indirect)
· Be direct responsible for all Key Accounts sales in EMEA.
· For direct or indirect sales be responsabile of local sales according to the Chief
Commercial Officer EMEA strategy.
· In case of indirect sales responsibilities, strongly support and interface with local sales
management.
· Coordinate sales activities, leading country sales force (direct and indirect)and
ensuring sales targets for the assigned business
· Define a clear strategic plans for key customers deploying an action plan and targets
for local key account Manager
· Responsible for the PNL of the Key Account Manager
· Resolve any issues and problems on a global level faced by customers and deal with
complaints to maintain trust
· Ensure the correct products development and related services
· Collaborate with sales force to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
· Participate to the commercial BP and Budget process with the Country Manager
· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the assigned business
· Monitor the sales/service volume in line with target, market trends and competition
· Define and monitor the KPI for customer management and implement the
corresponding corrective actions
· Be responsible of management and uspelling of the key client
- Collaborate with the trade marketing for product launch, market analysis, benchmark
of competitors and production of trade marketing materials
· Research of new product in line market needs/requirements
Requirements
1. Industries:, Air Cond manufacturers, refrigeration
2. Professional experience in the role or similar: minimum 5 years
3. Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, experience in
[protected info] industry
4. Must be fluent in English.
Probation: 3 months
