• Manage communication with Vietnamese contacts in foreign companies (Mainly Japanese /European/Chinese etc.)
• Build and maintain a relationship with Vietnamese key contacts from existing/new account.
• Regular communication and engagement with existing/potential customers to follow up.
• Develop new business from existing customers.
• Market research to identify and approach new potential companies for
business development.
• Sales Administrative tasks such as creating quotation/ppt/report by our system as well as Microsoft tools per request from the line manager.
• Support operation team if any irregular case occurs and provide solutions to the customers.
• Perform transition between sales and product to implement SOP with operation team.
• Answering customer request and coordinating with operation team to provide solutions.
• Using CRM system to monitor and manage activities.
• University Degree preferable with general knowledge of international trade, Logistics and Supply chain.
• Three (3) years of experience in customer facing role.
• Strong in written & verbal communication in English.
• Microsoft tools especially with Excel and PowerPoint are must requirement.
• Attention to the detail.
• Comfortable networking with anyone.
