Role Description
Coordinate with relevant departments to provide technical consultation, evaluate factory capacity, prepare quotations, and aligning product standards.
Collaborate with the PD (Product Development) team to develop artwork.
Receive and implement sample requests.
Forecast raw materials for new projects.
Assist in monitoring accounts receivable and payment-related issues.
Receive and handle quality complaints.
Perform other tasks as assigned..
Qualifications
College or Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Support / Order Management at manufacturing companies (experience in packaging/printing is preferred).
Strong resourcefulness and a results-oriented mindset.
Proactive attitude and a high sense of responsibility at work.
Effective communication skills; fluency/good command of English is a plus.
