Mô tả công việc
Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other departments at all times to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
Performs the required actions according to the hotel's established hygiene and sanitation / HACCP standards.
Washes, peels, cuts, and seeds vegetables and fruits.
Cleans, cuts, and grinds meats, poultry, and seafood.
Stirs and strains soups and sauces.
Weights and measures designated ingredients.
Stores foods in designated areas.
Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils, segregates and removes garbage
Assists in controlling quality of items and sets up buffet presentations.
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Ideally with a diploma Hospitality/Tourism management or related fields.
At least 06 months experiences in a luxury 5-star hotel or an international hotel chain.
Ambitious and eager to learn, grow and further develop your own career.
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
