KOL/KOC Campaign Operations Trainee

Role & Responsibility
The intern will have exposure to various scope of agency work, focusing on influencer marketing services, including:
Operations
Launch new influencer marketing campaigns to FinT creator pool to get enough qualified applicants for brand campaigns
Support to manage selected creators to deliver qualified contents in large-scale (50-100 KOCs campaign)
Update data tracking to create campaigns report
Involve in other campaign quality control and improvement initiatives
Creator acquisition
Manual source creators based on project requirements
Maintain creator lead pool quality and categorization
Involve in creator incubation initiatives
After 3-6 months, the intern can choose to focus on one specific scope if they wish, and have a chance to become full-time worker depending on performance.
Requirements
Final year student and above
Can work 40 hours per week
Past exposure to agency work, or either one of the two scopes above
Attention to details
Excellent communication skills
Minimum intermediate English abilities
Can-do attitude and eagerness to involve in a wide range of tasks
Working time
Monday to Friday: 9AM - 6PM
Allowance: 6.000.000 VND
