Mô tả công việc
1. Interpretation and Translation
• Provide Korean - Vietnamese interpretation in meetings, discussions, and business trips
• Translate documents including reports, emails, and contracts
• Ensure all interpretations and translations are accurate and contextually appropriate
2. Communication Support
• Act as a communication bridge between management and internal departments or external partners
• Support daily communication tasks as assigned
3. Meeting Support
• Assist in preparing meeting materials when required
• Take meeting notes and support follow-up communication if needed
4. Booking Schedule and Accommodations
• Coordinate with the GA team to arrange travel schedules and accommodation bookings for C-level executives and Korean business travelers.
• Arrange and confirm meeting schedules with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners.
Yêu cầu
1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, Korean Studies, or related fields.
2. Experience and Knowledge
• At least 1 year - 2 years of working experience.
• Experience in cosmetics, K-Beauty, or Korean-related businesses is a strong advantage.
• Experience interpreting at exhibitions or events is preferred.
• Understanding of Vietnamese and Korean corporate working culture.
• Experience studying and/or working in Korea for at least 6 months is preferred.
3. Language Skills
• Excellent Korean interpretation and translation skills (TOPIK Level 6 or equivalent)
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
4. Personality And Attitude
• Professional and well-organized
• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
• Good communication skills.
5. Working Condition
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City
• Willing to travel for business trips
