KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create quotations, sales order, sales contract in accordance to customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Follow up service delivering, complete procedure after laboratory returns testing result to customers.
• Collaborate with customers and finance department to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
• Manage Revenue, invoice, AP.
• Make report to manager and other departments if requested.
• Proactively support
sales managers and sales team members where needed.
• Interpret Korean - Vietnamese for sales team or as manager's request.
• Other general administrative tasks for Sales Division.
• Other tasks as requested by Manager.
• Bachelor's degree and having at least topik 5.
• Communicate in English basically.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of the healthcare industry is preferable.
• Willing to rotate to other tasks.
