Background:

- Education: Bachelor or higher

- Major: Mechanics, Thermal engineer

- Experience: at least 3 years

Requirements:

- Having a deep understanding and knowledge of the structure and parameters of heat pipes for CPUs, fans, heat-conductive materials in mobile devices like laptops, phones, tablets is essential.

- Ability to design new cooling systems for CPUs as well as heatsink components, fans, materials that absorb and dissipate heat inside laptops

- Ability to analyze errors and improve laptop thermal performance

- Having knowledge about the standards and parameters that are a result of Fan operation noise in the system.

- Have a thorough understanding of CPU chip specifications from vendors such as Intel, Qualcomm and AMD.

- Having knowledge about setting parameters that relate to CPU power consumption and power limits (CPU package power, power limit,...)

- Having knowledge about Intel/Qualcomm technologies in performance, power consumption, and thermal management on laptops, including Turbo/Dynamic tuning.

- Having knowledge and proficiency in optimizing parameters in laptop performance tests like Cinebench (R23, 2024), Geekbench, PCMark, Time Spy, Resnet50, and others would be helpful.

- Ability to compile, calculate and analyze large amounts of data collected on laptop performance.
