Mô tả công việc

- Working time: from Monday to Friday.
* Responsibility:
- Quickly understand machine processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Interpret and analyze technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper operations.
- Provide technical support to production teams for better understanding of procedures.
- Work with production and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly and minimize downtime.
- Act as a technical resource for production-related challenges.
- Use ERP systems to monitor production, track materials, and generate reports.
- Ensure accurate production data for analysis and decision-making.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are met consistently.
- Maintain accurate records of production processes, machine performance, and improvements.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the textile industry and ERP system is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to improving production processes.
- Ability to interpret and analyze technical documents with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Honest, team-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
