Labor Safety Supervisor / Giám Sát An Toàn Lao Động

Oversee occupational health and safety (OHS) compliance, risk assessment, inspections, incident follow-up, training coordination and management reporting across the integrated resort.
Giám sát việc tuân thủ an toàn, vệ sinh lao động (ATVSLĐ), đánh giá rủi ro, kiểm tra hiện trường, theo dõi sự cố, phối hợp đào tạo và báo cáo quản lý trong toàn khu phức hợp.
Responsibilities
• Develop annual OHS plans, risk registers and inspection schedules.
• Xây dựng kế hoạch ATVSLĐ năm, danh mục rủi ro và lịch kiểm tra.
• Review legal compliance, mandatory training, equipment inspection and occupational health records.
• Rà soát tuân thủ pháp luật, hồ sơ huấn luyện, kiểm định thiết bị và sức khỏe nghề nghiệp.
• Lead site safety reviews across hotels, casino, golf, engineering and contractors.
• Chủ trì kiểm tra an toàn tại khách sạn, casino, golf, kỹ thuật và nhà thầu.
• Coordinate occupational incident reporting, investigation and corrective actions within assigned authority.
• Phối hợp khai báo, điều tra tai nạn lao động và theo dõi khắc phục theo thẩm quyền.
• Coordinate OHS training with other Department and approved training providers; verify attendance and records.
• Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan và đơn vị đủ điều kiện tổ chức huấn luyện; kiểm soát danh sách và hồ sơ.
• Prepare monthly OHS dashboards, regulatory submissions and management recommendations.
• Lập báo cáo ATVSLĐ hàng tháng, báo cáo theo quy định và kiến nghị cho quản lý.

 Casino: FOH / BOH and supporting areas
 Golf course and landscaping
 Engineering, kitchens, laundry and housekeeping
 Buggy / electric scooter and transport activities
 Contractors, construction and special events
 OHS training, records and incident reporting
