1. Data collection and management
Gather test results from operators, enter data into systems, and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Verify and cross-check data to detect any inconsistencies or missing information.
2. Reporting and analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports; highlight trends or issues for management review.
3. Testing schedule coordination
Organize and prioritize testing requests, ensuring timely completion without backlog.
Monitor progress to ensure all scheduled tests are completed on time without creating a backlog.
4. Documentation control
Maintain up-to-date testing standards, procedures, and calibration records; ensure easy access for auditors and internal use.
Ensure proper labeling, filing, and accessibility of documents for auditors and internal staff.
Regularly review and update documentation to comply with company policies and industry standards.
Yêu cầu
Education: College or University degree in Textiles, or relevant field (Open to fresh graduates)
Years of Work Experience: 1 year in quality control, data management, or technical administration. (preferred)
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of yarn testing procedures and quality standards.
