Ladies Technical Footwear Developer ( Senior Candidates Welcome)

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the Ladies Leather Footwear field, product development / design skills preferred.
• Pattern making and developing new Shoe last experience
• An excellent understanding of the Ladies and Men's shoe market
• Familiar with UK Footwear market is advantageous
• Strong in Ladies Footwear - Leather and PU - Men's Footwear knowledge an advantage
• Ability to drive the business through product focus
• Organized and self-motivated, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to think and work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of people including European Buyers and Factories in Vietnam and Cambodia
• Knowledge of Key materials, shoe components and able to work on breakdown prices.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese spoken language preferred to communicate with Taiwanese Factories.
