Founded in 1996, Air Liquide Vietnam is the leading industrial gas supplier in the country with country wide coverage. Our operations include more than 10 production units at different sites across the country: Yen Phong and Que Vo (Bac Ninh Province), Yen Binh (Thai Nguyen), Saigon High Tech Park (Ho Chi Minh City). We support a full spectrum of industries including automotive, glass, metals, electronics, food, petrochemicals, and healthcare professionals.The quality of Air Liquide Vietnam products has been awarded with both Golden FDI and Golden Dragon awards for foreign invested companies in Vietnam. Summary:
The position is responsible for an assigned team business activities and its result in the assigned region or domain.
The position also consolidate and analyze market information, implement business plan in accordance with the company's business strategy and objectives to achieve targeted sales/profitability and customer satisfaction
Responsibilities:
- Stay informed about market trends and developments
- Work with the Cluster Team to create and implement business strategies
- Identify new opportunities in the Vietnam market and develop Sales Winning Strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular visits and networking
- Develop and execute Energy Transition strategies in line with Cluster goals
- Collaborate with EMO on updates and information sharing
- Engage with existing and potential customers on Energy Transition initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements
- Drive development of new products to meet customer demands for low carbon solutions
- Support Energy Transition and conventional projects from inception to completion
- Meet annual order intake targets for World Business Unit in Vietnam markets
- Present Sales Winning Strategies to relevant entities and management team
- Support Engineering & Construction (E&C) Sales and Business development activities in the Vietnam
- Promote E&C technologies to third party customers based on past experiences
- Cultivate long term partnerships with local Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) companies
- Maintain accurate data in Customer Relationship Management software
- Serve as Key Account Manager for Petrovietnam and its affiliates.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Degree of Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related industry would be an advantage.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term goals.
- Ability to work across different departments and teams
- Strong project management skills.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and representing the company.
