1. Guest Reception:
Greeting and guiding guests to areas within the building.
Check and record information of incoming and outgoing guests.
Ensure security at the entrance gate, control visitors entering the building.
2. Answering Phone and Emails:
Receive calls, provide information and forward customer/resident requests to relevant departments.
Resolve email requests related to building services.
3. Records Management and Control:
Manage and track incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents.
Assist in preparing administrative reports as requested by superiors.
Manage appointments and notify meetings in the building.
4. Building Operation Support:
Support reception work related to building operation and maintenance.
Coordinate with other departments (cleaning, security, engineering) to resolve issues arising during the use of the building.
5. Other Duties:
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned by the building manager.
Yêu cầu
Good communication skills, friendly and professional attitude.
Experience working in an office environment, customer service or reception is an advantage.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to solve problems and handle situations flexibly.
Good-looking, dynamic and able to work under high pressure.
Basic English communication (priority).
