Lead C&I Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / MAJOR TASKS:
1. Responsibility for consistent design philosophy and engineering materials/deliverables in compliance with the project standards/specifications and procedures of the DCS/ESD/F&G, PLC control system.
2. Responsibility for consistent design philosophy and engineering materials/deliverables such as Instrument index, loop drawings, Instrument Datasheets, Hook-up drawings, instrument Specifications and so on to ensure the design, supply, installation, wiring and testing in compliance with the project requirements. Field instrument which are part of the Plant:
• Field instruments for process measurements (e.g. Pressure, Temperature, Level, and Flow) as well as specialty measurements (density, vibration).
• Control valves, On/off valves.
• Process Analyzers.
• Fire & Gas Detectors.
• Instruments in Mechanical/process packages.
• O&M manuals.
3. Responsible for directing, supervising and coordinating the design works of his discipline and communicating his discipline work to the others to maintain consistency between different areas/disciplines.
4. Responsible for reviewing and approving engineering deliverables such as MR (Material requisitions) for inquiry and purchase, TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation), Inspection and Test Plan/, Construction and Commissioning procedures and so on including Vendor's deliverables.
5. Responsible to manage and participate in the FAT/IFAT tests conducted in VENDOR's or MANUFACTURE's workshop.
6. Review and plan Spare parts.
7. Responsible for site installation, SAT, COMMISSIONING, START-UP and PERFORMANCE TESTS activities.
8. Participate in operation and maintenance of the Plant after completion
GRADE: Level 8/12
SALARY: Negotiable on basis of experience and competency
