Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for high-performance applications, particularly in fintech domains
Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions
Build and optimize scalable, high-performance microservices
Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability, and security
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
Collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver robust solutions
At least 5 years of experience in Java backend development, preferably in IT outsourcing projects.
Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Solid experience working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle)
Proficient in using Git and familiar with CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and good understanding of system design principles
Nice to Have
Experience with Kafka or workflow engines
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Knowledge of distributed systems and high-performance applications (fintech is a plus)
