Mô tả công việc
• Advise sales and customers about customs regulations such as HS code, C/O, customs declaration type, import/export customs policy...
• Manage customs clearance team to ensure smooth service and solve problems related to customs clearance (if have).
• Directly handle arising issues about customs & trucking including:
+ Prepare document for customs declaration of export/import shipment to clarify any special policy for smooth operation.
+ Transfer CDs on system, work with customs broker for customs clearance of import-export shipments, follow customs clearance process strictly, update status to customers & sale team.
+ Contact related authorities to register for import-export license, quality test, inspection/examination for specialized cargo (if any).
+ Declare and submit kinds of C/O application for export shipments (if any).
• Work with trucking vendors to control for delivery/picking up cargo smoothly and solve problems related to delivery/pick up (if any).
• Respond and handle other requests from customers such as post-clearance audits and other requirements from customs authorities.
• Update changes in customs regulations and policies with customers & sale team.
• Input the shipment information in the company internal system.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Managers/Directors

Yêu cầu
• Male/Female priority
• Bachelor's/College's Degree in a business field such as Import - Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade...
• Knowledgeable about customs regulations, procedures, and related legal documents.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in customs declaration/ trucking at the same position with knowledge and practice in forwarding and logistics.
• Good communication with customers, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good at using computers and customs declaration software (VNACCS/Ecuss).
• Willing to work overtime, weekend, flexible and management skills.
• Basic English communication (speaking/ writing)
• Bachelor's/College's Degree in a business field such as Import - Export, Logistics, Economics, Foreign Economics, Foreign Trade...
