Mô tả công việc
Implement, follow IT-specific training programs for manpower including technical skills, certifications, and soft skills. Lead the L&D team and oversee training programs..
Evaluate L&D options for employees, training outlines and materials according to the actual needs.
Gather and analyze training metrics and data to measure the impact of L&D programs. Analyze feedback and continuously improve training activities.
Stay updated with e-learning and LMS technologies, implementing tools to support training.
Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource allocation.
Engage with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 1 year of professional experience as an L&D specialist in the IT field.
Ability to approach, influence, and inspire others towards learning and development activities.
Proficient in logical thinking.
Strong communication, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Roactive and highly responsible attitude towards work.
Collaborative and willing to share knowledge.

Fully remote
Total Income = Net salary + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Review salary twice per year base on your performance and output.
Holiday bonus on 1/1, 30/4, 1/5, 2/9 and personal birthday.
Lunch allowance of 800,000 VND per month.
