Mô tả công việc

Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify training needs for building the L&D Plan on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
Compose Training Standard Operation Process (SOP) to guide Training Officer and other Depts in training process.
Develop learning pathways based on competency frameworks, Individual Development Plans, and Career Pathways for each position/department.
Plan, organize, develop training materials and implement a range of training activities.
Organize internal training sessions/workshops/onboarding.
Coordinate the training of soft skills and specialized vocational courses for employees assigned to various departments.
Develop, improve and redesign the quality and contents of training programs in order to enhance employee's skills if needed.
Evaluate training effectiveness and report to higher management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese and be able to communicate across different levels in the organization.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar L&D position.
Proficient in course development software and Learning Management System.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (both Excel and PowerPoint).
Well organized, detail-oriented, careful, pro-active and positive thinking.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of building and implementing initiatives from scratch.
Confident, energetic, and enthusiastic.
