Learning & Development Coordinator

JOBSUMMARY
As a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving the professional growth and onboarding experience of new employees at TTI - Dai Dang Site. Your primary focus will be on designing, implementing, and managing orientation training programs to ensure alignment with the company's culture, policies, and business needs.
Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on training initiatives and serve as the main coordinator for all Onboarding Program activities, facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
Accountable for overseeing the implementation of orientation programs for new hires, ensuring the program aligns with the business's needs, culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Work closely with relevant departments to analyze, design, and develop orientation materials. Facilitate training sessions for New Direct Labor, Indirect Labor, and Staff, while implementing evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training.
Manage training-related administrative tasks to ensure accurate documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company standards.
Collect feedback from new hires to assess the impact of the orientation program and recommend improvements for a smoother onboarding experience.
Support other tasks as directed by the direct superior, ensuring alignment with team objectives and contributing to employee development.
