POSITION OVERVIEW
The Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Manager will play a critical role in enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organisation by focusing on employee training and development, fostering a strong corporate culture, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves collaborating with various departments to design and implement programs that align with the company's strategic goals and support its continuous growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
1. Training & Development:
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs that meet the needs of employees at all levels.
• Assess current skill levels and identify gaps to create targeted learning initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and other learning experiences to promote continuous professional growth.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them as needed for maximum impact.
2. Corporate Culture Building:
• Lead initiatives to strengthen and sustain the company's culture, ensuring alignment with the organisation's values and mission.
• Develop and implement programs that promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.
• Work closely with leadership to integrate cultural elements into daily operations and decision-making processes.
• Monitor and assess the cultural climate and recommend adjustments to enhance employee satisfaction.
3. KPI Management:
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.
• Analyse performance data and provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Assist in the creation of action plans to address areas of underperformance.
• Ensure that KPIs are communicated effectively across the organisation and understood by all employees.
4. Organisational Development:
• Support organisational change initiatives by providing expertise in change management and organisational design.
• Conduct organisational assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend development strategies.
• Facilitate leadership development programs and succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in training, organisational development, or HR are a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field.
Skills:
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in corporate culture initiatives and change management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
• Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
• Personal Attributes: A proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, organisational development, or a related field.

Nghỉ phép có lương
16 ngày nghỉ gồm 12 ngày nghỉ phép hàng năm và 04 ngày nghỉ hè.
Thưởng tháng lương thứ 13, đánh giá thưởng KPI 4 lần/năm, hoa hồng theo chính sách kinh doanh công ty.
Chăm sóc sức khoẻ
