Search and approach potential tenants suitable for each project.
Introduce leasing opportunities and negotiate lease terms and conditions with tenants.
Prepare and follow up on lease contracts and related documents.
Conduct market research on commercial properties, competitors, and market trends.
Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and business partners.
Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in leasing, sales, or related role.
Good English communication skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and achieve leasing targets.
Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
Dynamic, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
