Job Purpose
Assist the Legal Department with administrative and documentation tasks to ensure all legal files and procedures are managed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage, organize, and maintain legal files and documents related to the company's projects and operations.
Prepare, complete, and submit legal documents to government authorities as instructed by supervisors.
Handle notarization, certification, and authentication procedures at notary offices, People's Committees, and other relevant authorities.
Perform administrative tasks for the Legal Department such as printing, filing, scanning, stamping, and organizing document lists.
Coordinate with other departments to support legal procedures and document requirements when needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Legal Manager.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in real estate legal work is an advantage.
Qualities & Skills:
Diligent, hardworking, and eager to learn.
Honest, detail-oriented, and responsible in handling documents.
Willing to travel to submit documents and work with government agencies.
Preferably familiar with legal documentation and procedures in the real estate sector
