Mô tả công việc

Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and legal documents to safeguard the legal interests of both clients and the company.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address identified legal risks and implement appropriate action plans.
Engage with regulatory authorities and clients, including both domestic and international stakeholders.
Manage compliance initiatives for corporate services, including the development and enforcement of business conduct standards and contract management policies.
Perform ad hoc tasks as required.
Offer strategic legal research and advice to stakeholders on a broad range of legal and compliance matters.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's Degree in Law and Lawyer Practice Certificate is required
3-5 years of experience in law, preferably with a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
Strong understanding of contract law, employment law, and corporate law.
English must be very good in both speaking and writing, or equivalent to IELTS 6.0 ( Toeic 750) or higher.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, international and dynamic environment.
A proactive problem-solver, capable of proposing legally sound and commercially viable solutions.
