Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research and provide legal advice on matters relating to corporate operations, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and revise contracts, agreements, internal regulations, policies, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company standards.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to provide timely legal support and resolve legal issues arising from day-to-day business operations.
• Manage and maintain the Company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademark registration, renewal, and protection.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations, assess legal risks, and recommend appropriate actions to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare legal opinions, reports, and other documentation as requested by the direct manager.
• Perform other legal and compliance-related duties assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Law or higher. A valid Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiation, legal advisory, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge & Skills
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese laws, including Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Labor Law, Investment Law, Intellectual Property Law, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and sound professional judgment.
Language
• Good command of English with the ability to read, interpret, draft, and negotiate contracts and legal documents in English.
