Currently we are now searching for candidates for the Junior Legal Project Manager who will support corporate and compliance functions by managing client interactions with key governmental departments and handling essential legal processes for client companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal interactions with DPI, Department of Labor, Department of Justice, Immigration Service, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Oversee nominee management and ensure corporate compliance for amendments.
Coordinate the registration of work permits, visas, TRCs, and employment contracts.
Facilitate health insurance arrangement and other compliance needs for client employees.
Provide relocation assistance and family office services.
Assist with recruitment for internal positions and for clients as needed.

Director; Legal Manager; Partners and Legal Advisers

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree in law, business, project management, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role, project coordination, or a related role (internships and co-op experience included).
Skills and Abilities:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Project management skills with Basic knowledge of project management tools and software (Jira).
Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Basic knowledge of legal compliance, contract management, and the ability to interpret legal documents.
Strong verbal and written communication skill in English (and Russian is an advantage).
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and support senior project leaders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management training or certification is a plus.
Basic understanding of legal processes, terminology, and compliance considerations.
Familiarity with legal technology software (e.g., document management systems, case management tools).
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a legal or corporate compliance role, project coordination, or a related role (internships and co-op experience included).
