Legal Manager

Mô tả công việc:
1. Education:
- Handle legal matters at operational level, contract management and resolution of legal matters.
- Review and lead the reporting of key findings related to existing and potential legal risks, including recommendations to mitigate risks from an operational perspective.
- Draft, review, organize, and monitor a wide range of contracts, agreements, arrangements, legal documents, and ensure that they are in compliance with all legal requirements.
- Build, follow and improve the contract form system for Company. Attending the meeting with partners/vendors/suppliers to deal about legal aspects for all contracts, agreements etc.
- Train legal knowledge and guide on the compliance with internal regulation to manager/director level and company's employee.
- To ensure the legality of the company operation in authorization and managing of authorization.
- Research laws and provide legal opinion/advice on any matters of the Corporate's business activities.
- To participate to the other Department in solving conflicts, to play role as the duty authorized party of the Company in dealing with litigation and dispute settlement.
- To update promptly new regulation in order to ensure that legislations affect the Company operations to be identified timely. Support related department in evaluate in influence of regulation trend.
- Manage shareholders list of Company. Draft meeting minutes, resolution and other documents.
- Drafting, inspecting, checking and appropriately amending Policies, Regulations, Process.
- Licensing: Monitor application dossiers and liaise with relevant Authorities for the licenses of the Corporate.
1. Education:
- Lawyer certificate is advantage.
- Good at legal English
- At least 5 years' experience at equivalent position in the same scope of enCompany.
- Proficiency in Legal English and in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent in communication skill.
- Excellent in writing.
- Negotiation skill, time management skill.
