Liaison Manager

- Develop new suppliers, based on project, market, strategy demands, and the manufacturing plan and establish procedures for maintaining high standards of production operations.
- Implement production of new products/specs/SKUs from zero to mass production.
- Understand the production process and ensure the correct content of the related documentation, contracts, and standards.
- Follow up mass production, ensuring on-time delivery and the right quality level of the products.
- Detect any quality issue in the production line; establish a corrective action plan together with the supplier and follow up on improvements.
- Coordinate with CFL headquarters launch of new products, collection, opening orders, and transfer a collection or a customer from another supplier.
- Supervise current outsourced suppliers (based in Vietnam);
- Build long-term reliable and trustful relationships with suppliers; visit an appointed supplier 2-3 times per week for daily production follow-up
- Work on product cost reduction due to market situation or raw materials cost decrease.
- To do factory visit reports, do the translation of all requested documents/
- To present and report during customers/inspectors' visits on the HQ manager's behalf (if the manager cannot fly there)
- To communicate with supplier-related people, book hotels/ help with trip arrangements during colleagues' and customers' visits
