- Responsible for line set-up, changeover and manpower arrangement.
- Manage and arrange daily production activities, record daily output, material and scrap.
- Ensure products are produced according to the manufacturing and quality requirements of the production plan.
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all the team members.
- Ensure all specified goals are achieved.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance team performance.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Yêu cầu
- Technical college certificate.
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in related field.
- Problem-solving and decision making skills manage any issue that may arise during production.
- Has high sense of responsibility and team spirit, hardworking, meticulous, careful, have strong communication and coordination skill.
- Good command of speaking English or Madarin.
