Mô tả công việc

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Livestream Operations to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our livestream category
Planning: Collaborate with streamers inhouse and marketing teams to plan and schedule livestream sessions
Technical Setup: Ensure all technical equipment (streaming software OBS, Tiktok Studio,...)
Live Production: Manage the livestream in real-time, including camera angles, audio levels, and graphics integration
Audience Engagement: Monitor chat interactions and engage with the audience to enhance viewer experience
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from livestream to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement, work strictly with Ads Team to manage ROAS, CPM,GMV,...
Troubleshooting: Quickly address any technical issues that arise during broadcasts to minimize downtime
Content Management: Assist in the creation and curation of content for future livestreams

Yêu cầu

1-2 years experience requirement
Experience in livestream operations or a related field
Experience in managing partime staff working schedule
Familiarity with streaming platforms and software (e.g., OBS, Tiktok Live, Shopee Live)
Strong technical skills, particularly in audio and video equipment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) - MUST HAVE
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Creative mindset with a passion for engaging audiences through live content
