MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC:
- Media campaign planning & strategy (Online to Offline): Involve in IMC campaign planning, execution and operation
- Work closely with internal team and external stakeholders to develop & implement digital media across multiple channels for each unique campaign objectives (awareness, engagement & conversions).
- Proactively corporate with E-com team to synchronize branding and commercial campaign. Develop creative assets to support monthly sale campaign
- Oversee the creation and execution of OCM & compelling influencer marketing campaigns
- Monitor and measure channel performance with Performance Specialist to ensure deliverables and achieve campaign KPIs commitment with Ecommerce partners
- Manage daily ad performance, campaigns learning, analysis, and report. Oversee all the company's media assets and handle related issues
- Media payment and paperwork.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Bachelor's degree - Marketing Major or related field
- 3+ years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing or media planning roles
- Strong analytical skills to understand data, study metrics, market report and align strategies.
- Familiarity with creatives design and content development
- Proven ability to manage multiple brands and teams simultaneously
- Solid knowledge of digital platforms & analytic tools
- Project management skills, with experience in managing budgets, and schedules.
